  Had a tech come out for an estimate. I called two times already to have the estimate sent to me via email I was told the estimate will be sent by the end of the day. No estimate was sent out. I called back and spoke to customer service they reached out to the tech and left a message. I then called the tech again and left a message with my email for the estimate and nothing was sent. Finally the company did reach the tech he Called me and told me to give him one hour and the estimate will be sent. That was on Wednesday. As of today no estimate was sent so I had to go with another company. Maybe this was a prelude of things to come.
